“Tell me the reality is better than the dream” –

Whole bunch Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Riesling. Two weeks on skins.

First, I direct-pressed the Riesling separately. I then added the pressed Riesling grapes to the red must. After two weeks, I pressed the Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Riesling. Following one year of aging in demijohns, I blended the direct pressed Riesling with the red wine. The final cuvée was bottled without sulfur in October 2024.
